BSCL INVITES ELIGIBLE CONSULTANTS TO INDICATE THEIR INTEREST IN PROVIDING THE AFOREMENTIONED SERVICES

GOI has launched the Smart City Mission (SCM). Belagavi is one of the Cities selected under the Mission based on the Smart City Proposal (SCP) submitted by the city. The details of SCP are available on: http://www.belgaumcity.mrc.gov.in. A Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), called Belagavi Smart City Limited (BSCL), has been established under the Companies Act 2013 for  plementation of the sub-projects. It is proposed to avail the services of a Project Management Consultant (PMC) to assist the SPV in  reparation of Detailed Project Reports (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical & IT) with necessary survey & investigations, designs, estimation, tenders, procurement assistance and implementation monitoring and management of sub-projects. The sub-projects identified are broadly classified as Area-based development and Pan-city initiatives.
